Shipping and delivery

Casa de Xantico is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

In Town Deliveries

In town deliveries will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Depending on the day the order is placed, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day.

Shipping Days

Shipping days are on Mondays and Wednesdays to avoid packages with heat sensitive contents (such as candles) from sitting in weekend transits too long. If a sooner shipping day is needed, please do not hesitate to contact me and I'll do what I can to accommodate.
