Due to the nature of our products:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on herbal, spiritual, or ritual items. Candles are not returnable once burned.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
